Purifications of several orders of magnitude can be achieved in a single step.<\/p>\n<p>Prosep MMC is a multimodal cation exchanger resin for fast, efficient, cost-effective protein purification. The ligand interacts with the target molecule through multiple interactions, including ionic interactions, hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions.
