In einem einzigen Schritt k\u00f6nnen Aufreinigungen von mehreren Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnungen erreicht werden.<\/p>\n<p>MMA 6FF ist ein anionisches Mischmodus-Chromatographiemedium. Die Mischmodus-Liganden verf\u00fcgen sowohl \u00fcber anionische als auch \u00fcber hydrophobe Effekte und k\u00f6nnen durch Ionenaustausch und hydrophobe Effekte an Zielproteine oder Heteroproteine binden. Sie k\u00f6nnen die Adsorption und Elution von Proteinen durch Anpassung der pH- und Salzbedingungen ver\u00e4ndern und weit verbreitet in der Proteinseparation und -reinigung eingesetzt werden.
