Durch Affinit\u00e4tstrennung k\u00f6nnen h\u00e4ufig Verunreinigungen entfernt werden, die mit anderen chromatografischen Verfahren nur schwer zu beseitigen sind. In einem einzigen Schritt k\u00f6nnen Aufreinigungen von mehreren Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnungen erreicht werden.<\/p>\n<p>MMC 6FF ist ein kationisches Mixed-Mode-Chromatographiemedium, das sowohl kationische als auch hydrophobe Effekte aufweist. Es kann durch Ionenaustausch und hydrophobe Effekte an Zielproteine oder Heteroproteine binden und die Adsorption und Elution von Proteinen durch Anpassung von pH- und Salzkonzentrationsbedingungen ver\u00e4ndern.
