Prosep hat nahezu starre physikalische Eigenschaften, eine engere Verteilung der Mikrok\u00fcgelchen, eine vern\u00fcnftigere durchschnittliche Teilchengr\u00f6\u00dfe und mehr Platz f\u00fcr die Proteinadsorption, was sich in einer h\u00f6heren Adsorptionskapazit\u00e4t, einem niedrigeren chromatographischen Gegendruck, einer h\u00f6heren Durchflussrate und einer h\u00f6heren Aufl\u00f6sung im Chromatographieprozess niederschl\u00e4gt. Es handelt sich um eine neue Generation von leistungsstarken und kosteng\u00fcnstigen Chromatographiemedien.
