Biovanix Prosep Medien wurden auf der Grundlage der Cytive Capto Serie entwickelt. Es bietet hohe Spezifit\u00e4t und Selektivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr biomolekulare Trennungen und Aufreinigungen. Durch Affinit\u00e4tstrennung k\u00f6nnen h\u00e4ufig Verunreinigungen entfernt werden, die mit anderen chromatographischen Verfahren nur schwer zu beseitigen sind. In einem einzigen Schritt k\u00f6nnen Aufreinigungen von mehreren Gr\u00f6\u00dfenordnungen erreicht werden.<\/p>\n

Prosep MMC HPR (LS) is a multimodal cation exchanger resin for fast, efficient and cost-effective protein purification. The ligand interacts with the target molecule through multiple types of interactions, including ionic interactions, hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions. The adsorption is salt tolerant, which means the binding of proteins can be performed at the conductivity of the feed material, thus simplifying the process.<\/p>\n
