Les colonnes chromatographiques de la s\u00e9rie HT de Biovanix ont une conception unique de cylindre \u00e9vas\u00e9 pour une distribution plus uniforme du fluide. La colonne utilise une buse unique au lieu d'une plaque de tamisage, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 au chargement d'\u00e9chantillons solides et au m\u00e9lange d'\u00e9chantillons secs. Elle emp\u00eache efficacement la destruction du lit de la colonne caus\u00e9e par la vitesse \u00e9lev\u00e9e de la phase mobile. La colonne chromatographique HT a un grand volume de chargement d'\u00e9chantillon. Elle peut \u00eatre pomp\u00e9e pour \u00e9liminer le blocage de l'interface de la vanne d'entr\u00e9e caus\u00e9 par une forte concentration d'\u00e9chantillons.<\/p>

Les colonnes de chromatographie de la s\u00e9rie HT conviennent \u00e0 la chromatographie en phase inverse, \u00e0 l'\u00e9change d'ions, \u00e0 la perm\u00e9ation de gel et \u00e0 la chromatographie d'affinit\u00e9. Par rapport aux colonnes en verre ouvertes ordinaires, le temps de purification est r\u00e9duit de 2 \u00e0 10 fois, avec une efficacit\u00e9 de purification plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e et une utilisation moindre de solvants.
