Compar\u00e9 aux milieux agarose traditionnels, le milieu Protein A50 pr\u00e9sente les avantages d'une capacit\u00e9 de liaison dynamique \u00e9lev\u00e9e (DBC), d'une longue dur\u00e9e de vie et d'une moindre perte de ligand. NaOH (0.1-0.5M) peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour le nettoyage en place (CIP).<br \/>Le ligand de la prot\u00e9ine A50 est la prot\u00e9ine A recombinante (rProtein A) immobilis\u00e9e \u00e0 la surface du substrat microporeux PS\/DVB. La prot\u00e9ine A recombinante a une meilleure capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance aux alcalis, ce qui garantit sa stabilit\u00e9 dans des conditions de pH \u00e9lev\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre traitement hydrophile et \u00e0 notre technologie de liaison, nous avons \u00e9limin\u00e9 les liaisons non sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 la surface du PS-DVB.
