MMA 6FF Agarose Chromatography Media
Biovanix Agarose media is designed based on the Cytive Sepharose series. It offers high specificity and selectivity for biomolecular separations and purifications. Affinity separation can often remove contaminants that are difficult to eliminate using other chromatographic procedures. Purifications of several orders of magnitude can be achieved in a single step.
MMA 6FF is an anionic mixed-mode chromatography medium. The mixed mode ligands have both anion and hydrophobic effects, can bind to target proteins or heteroproteins through ion exchange and hydrophobic effects, can change the adsorption and elution of proteins by adjusting pH and salt conditions, and can be widely used in protein separation and purification. In particular, protein A and antibody dimers, host proteins, nucleic acids, viruses, etc. shed from monoclonal antibodies with protein A affinity medium are removed.
Advantages:
- Stable performance
- High amount of protein coupling
- Easy to scale up production
