MMC 6FF Agarose Chromatography Media
Biovanix Agarose media is designed based on the Cytive Sepharose series. It offers high specificity and selectivity for biomolecular separations and purifications. Affinity separation can often remove contaminants that are difficult to eliminate using other chromatographic procedures. Purifications of several orders of magnitude can be achieved in a single step.
MMC 6FF is a cationic mixed-mode chromatography medium, which has both cationic and hydrophobic effects, can bind to target proteins or heteroproteins through ion exchange and hydrophobic effects, and can change the adsorption and elution of proteins by adjusting pH and salt concentration conditions, and can be widely used in protein separation and purification.
Advantages
- Stable performance
- High amount of protein coupling
- Easy to scale up
