Biovanix Prosep media is designed based on the Cytive Capto series. It offers high specificity and selectivity for biomolecular separations and purifications. Affinity separation can often remove contaminants that are difficult to eliminate using other chromatographic procedures. Purifications of several orders of magnitude can be achieved in a single step.
Prosep MMC HPR (HS) is a multimodal cation exchanger resin for fast, efficient and cost-effective protein purification. The ligand interacts with the target molecule through multiple types of interactions, including ionic interactions, hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions. The adsorption is salt tolerant, which means the binding of proteins can be performed at the conductivity of the feed material, thus simplifying the process.
