SP 6XL Strong Cation IEX Agarose Chromatography Media
Biovanix Agarose media is designed based on the Cytive Sepharose series. Biovanix ion exchange chromatography (IEC) is a very effective method for separating and purifying biomolecules. IEX resin is divided into strong anion (Q), weak anion (DEAE), strong cation (SP) and weak cation (CM) exchanger. These products retain the excellent hydrophilicity and large grid structure of natural polysaccharide compounds. They are compatible with bioactive macromolecules, and have characteristics of high ion exchange capacity.
Advantages:
- Agarose based strong cation exchange medium;
- High ion exchange capacity and fast flow rate operation;
- Suitable for laboratory scale and industrial preparation of proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, polysaccharides and other biological macromolecules;
