Protein A50 PSDVB affinity chromatography resin
Protein A50 Affinity Chromatography Media is designed to analyze and purify monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). Compared to traditional agarose media Protein A50 has the advantages of high dynamic binding capacity (DBC), long service life, and less shedding of ligand. NaOH (0.1-0.5M) can be used for clean-in-Place (CIP).
The ligand of Protein A50 is recombinant protein A (rProtein A) immobilized on the surface of the macro-porous PS/DVB microsphere substrate. The rProtein A has a better alkali-resisting ability that ensures stability in high pH conditions. With our hydrophilic treatment and binding technology, we eliminated non-specific binding PS-DVB surface. Hence, Protein A50 is extremely useful for the purification process of monoclonal antibodies.
Advantages:
- High rigidity monodisperse matrix, low back pressure, suitable for large-scale downstream processing
- Outstanding high dynamic binding capacity at low residence time reduces process time and the amount of medium used
- Novel Protein A ligand allows the use of 0.1-0.5 M NaOH for CIP
- Low ligand leakage ensures a long lifetime
- High price-performance ratio
Applications
- Purification of recombinant proteins.
- Separation of enzymes and antibodies.
- Capture of His-Tag, GST, and other fusion proteins.
- Large-scale biopharmaceutical production.
