Biovanix Technology Return Policy

At Biovanix Technology, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our liquid chromatography products and accessories. Please review the following return and warranty policies carefully:

1. Warranty Coverage

• Liquid Pumps:
  All liquid pumps purchased from Biovanix Technology come with a 12-month limited warranty, effective from the date of delivery confirmation. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or malfunctions under normal operating conditions.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order number).
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications voids the warranty.

2. Return Eligibility

• General Returns:
  Unopened, unused products (excluding chromatography packing materials) may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for non-defective returns.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Chromatography Packing Materials: Once opened or used, these products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and quality control requirements.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items.
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence or improper handling.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify our team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos of the issue and retain all packaging materials.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@biovanixtech.com to initiate a return.
2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
3. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for shipping the item.
4. Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Exclusions

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for:
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
  • Items without valid proof of purchase.
  • Opened or used chromatography packing materials (as stated above).
