HILIC HPLC Column
Hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) is a chromatographic technique to improve the retention of very polar substances under reversed-phase chromatography conditions. HILIC has a wide variety of stationary phases, and in principle, any stationary phase with a polar surface can be used in HILIC mode. Therefore, stationary phases such as silica, amino (NH2), diol, amide (AM), and cyanogen (CN) packing materials can also be used as stationary phases for HILIC. HILIC HPLC columns can be used in 100% aqueous phase.
