BioVanix C4 column is an ultra-pure silica gel-based chromatography packing with butyl silane as a bonding phase. The filler is treated with full sealing technology, and the aperture is 120A and 300A. BioVanix C4 column is ideal for separating proteins and specific samples, such as erythropoietin, due to its short carbon chain and low carbon content, resulting in a shorter retention time than C18 and C8.
