Prosep MMC is a multimodal cation exchanger resin for fast, efficient, cost-effective protein purification. The ligand interacts with the target molecule through multiple interactions, including ionic interactions, hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions. The adsorption is salt tolerant, which means the binding of proteins can be performed at the conductivity of the feed material, thus simplifying the process.
