Product Design Philosophy
- Stable flow: The three-piston overlapping design suppresses flow pulsation at the source. Combined with advanced servo drive algorithms, it performs dynamic speed compensation during commutation to achieve ultra-low pulse output.
- Durability and Materials Science: The pump head liquid end uses specially treated 316L stainless steel forgings, and the core piston is made of ultra-precision industrial ceramic with surface roughness Ra 0.1. Combined with self-lubricating high-pressure sealing technology and post-flushing system, it ensures extended sealing durability under long-term high-load operation.
- Advanced Fluid Dynamics: The optimized suction and drainage valve assembly requires extremely low NPSH (Net Positive Safety Head), effectively prevents cavitation at high flow rates, and ensures precise fluid delivery under different viscosity conditions and with different volatile solvents.
- Intelligent Control and Compliance: Supports Industrial Bus Protocol (Modbus) for closed-loop control with millisecond-level response.
