Usage Guide
Getting Started with GHAC
Follow these guidelines to maximize separation performance and column service life.
1. Prepare the Eluent
Use buffer in the pH 2–12 range. Filter through a 0.45 μm or 0.22 μm membrane before use to prevent particulate contamination.
2. Treat the Sample
Ensure complete hemolysis of all samples. Add 0.1% Triton X-100 to the hemolysin to enhance the hemolysis effect. Feed through an in-line filter before injection.
3. Set Operating Conditions
Maintain column temperature at 25–30°C. Operate below 20 MPa. An in-line filter at the column inlet is recommended to protect the sieve plate and extend column life.
4. Store Properly
When not in use for extended periods, store in pH 6.0, 15 mM phosphate buffer at 2–15°C for optimal preservation.
